Gold Support - Rolling Contract
The most common option these days - no long term contract, just pay a monthly fee for a 30 day rolling contract providing unlimited remote assistance for your IT problems. Issues can be reported by phone or email and will be tracked using our ticketing system.
You can even add pro-active monitoring which will often alert us to any issues before they happen.
Platinum - Complete Support Contract
The preferred choice for companies who want us to deal with anything which involves IT. Pay a monthly fee for a 150 day rolling contract providing remote monitoring and support for all your IT issues.
All computers will have pro-active monitoring so that we can see key issues, sometimes before you do!
IT issues can be reported by phone or email for remote assistance and will be tracked via our ticketing system. On those occasions when you need onsite work we offer you discounted engineer rates and a preferential response time.
This service can additionally be tailored to your specific needs - for example we can manage your IT documents such as policies and procedures (which can help you get discount insurance), or provide regular onsite support one or two days a month.
